ELEVATE
This is our advanced reformer Pilates class, designed for those looking to take their practice to the next level. Expect a dynamic, full-body workout that challenges strength and control through progressive movements and advanced sequencing.
This class moves at a faster pace, incorporating complex exercises, resistance variations, and more accessories.

REJUVENATE
A Sunday ritual. This restorative heated stretch class is designed to help you reset, unwind, and thank your body for all it does. With gentle, intentional movement and deep stretching, you'll release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance recovery.
