Yes, absolutely! We offer both our reformer and heated classes at a beginner level which is open to anyone, even if you have never taken a Pilates class. We require all members to take their first class at our beginner level to ensure the safety and comfort of each member. Throughout our classes, we also offer modifications and advancements to tailor each class to individual needs.
You can sign up for a class via our schedule online or our app! We do ask that you schedule in advance, as walk-ins may not be able to be accommodated if the class is full.
The most important ways to prepare are: hydrating, dressing in comfortable athletic clothing, and arriving 10 minutes before class. To learn more - we have a whole guide on preparing for your first class!
Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows your body to move without constriction. Grip socks are highly encouraged for stability and hygienic reasons. Shoes are not permitted in our studio rooms.
No, we do not require you to bring a mat. Mats are provided for use during our heated classes. If you prefer to use your own mat, you are welcome to bring it.
We have a unisex single-person restrooms to use for changing and freshening up before or after class. We do not offer showers at this time.
Yes! All memberships and packages include both our heated and reformer classes. We will periodically host workshops which may be offered at an additional cost. Depending on the membership you have, workshops may be offered at a discounted rate.

We would love to host a private event for any occasion. From team bonding to birthday parties, we are here to work with you to tailor a private class just for you. You can reach out to manager@sclptstudio.com to inquire about private events and availability.
Our heated mat classes should not be taken by anyone who is pregnant.
If you are in your first or second trimester, we welcome you to join our beginner-level reformer classes. In your third trimester, we recommend attending our pre/postnatal classes, reaching out to use about private sessions, or taking a break until you’ve been cleared for exercise post-birth. Your safety and comfort are our priority, and we’re here to support you every step of the way!
Always consult with your physician before attending your first class. Please notify your instructor that you are expecting so that we can accommodate any modifications.
We want to support your practice even when you're managing an injury. Our instructors are skilled at providing modifications to help you move safely and effectively—please let them know about your injury before class begins.
For detailed concerns or to discuss specific needs, we recommend scheduling a private session for personalized guidance. Together, we can ensure you get the most out of your workout while prioritizing your recovery and well-being.
We offer an 8-hour window for any modifications to your class time or cancellations. If you need to modify or cancel your class within 8 hours, you will lose that class credit. If you no show for a class you are scheduled for, you will lose that class credit and incur a $15 fee.
To book a guest under your account, you must purchase a "single class drop-in" credit and then you can book their spot for them. Alternatively, they can create their own account and redeem our intro offers such as "first class for $15"!
