2 / Process

After reviewing all applications, we will reach out to those we believe are the best fit for an in-person interview and auditions.

Auditions include a short 1–2 song flow on the mic. No prior experience is needed, we're focused on your energy, personality, and ability to connect with others!

Following auditions and interviews, selected candidates will be invited to participate in our training program, which will last approximately 6–8 weeks.

Final employment offers will be extended following successful completion of training!

How much does training cost? We do not charge for our training process.

I have never taught Pilates before. Can I still apply? Yes! Prior experience is not a requirement.

Will you hire Reformer instructors soon? We require all instructors without prior experience to teach our mat method, before training to teach Reformer.
